Team WCS Permits & Pilot Cars will be in Las Vegas, NV the first week of March for CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
The five-day show at the Las Vegas Convention Center will give WCS a chance to showcase their services and industry tools to more project managers, general managers, business owners and drivers in oversize trucking, specialized transport, project cargo, equipment manufacturing, construction, crane and rigging and more.
This is WCS’ third straight time exhibiting at CONEXPO, which takes place this year March 3 – 7, 2026 at The Las Vegas Convention Center. WCS’ booth is located in the North Hall, booth no. N11901.
WCS Permits will head straight to CONEXPO from the Specialized Carrier & Rigging Association’s Transportation Symposium in Birmingham, AL. At the show, WCS Pilot Car Manager Valerie Daniel and National Sales Manager Mary Adkins will participate on two separate panels, sharing their industry pilot car and permitting expertise.
WCS won’t just share its services and equipment offerings with booth visitors, but the team will share the cutting-edge industry tools they have developed over the years to help streamline the heavy haul transport process.
The Oversize Load Assistant, owned and maintained by WCS, is a game changer in the oversize transport an pilot car sectors, and is one of the valuable tools WCS developed.

The show runs March 3 – 7 with the following exhibiting hours.
Tuesday, March 3 – Friday, March 6 from 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday, March 7 from 9 AM – 3 PM.
