Certain oversize load equipment like lighting, oversize load signs and safety flags are required in some states when hauling an oversize load.Â
In most cases and states, the following equipment is required when hauling an oversize load:Â
We offer the newest lighting in the Oversize Load & Pilot Car Industry – the pi-lit® Smart Sequential LED Oversize Load Lights. These rechargeable lights are made in the USA, and each pack includes 2 red lights for oversize loads. The lights recently received a FMCSA 5-year CMV exemption as an approved warning device and alternative to triangles.Â
Our range of oversize load signage includes oversize load vinyl, mesh, magnetic and aluminum signs. We also offer hinged aluminum signs, and are proud to say we make all of our signs in our very own sign shop in San Dimas, CA.Â
Signs and lighting aren’t all we carry. We offer additional products required on some oversize loads and accompanying pilot cars such as wire loop mesh flags and dowel flags.Â
Additionally, we offer safety apparel to keep pilot car drivers and truck drivers safe while out on a load. For pilots specifically, we offer stop/slow paddles and measuring devices, including our top selling Sokkia Digital Measuring Pole. Â
