In order to apply for a California oversize or overweight load permit, you will need to provide some important information about your load, including:

The load’s dimensions (height, width, length) and loaded weight
Tractor and trailer information, including the number of axles
The object you are hauling
The oversize load origin and destination

Please note that in California city and/or county permits are almost always required along with the State of California permit.
