WCS Permits & Pilot Cars Returns to Breakbulk Americas 2026

WCS Permits & Pilot Cars is excited to once again exhibit at Breakbulk Americas, taking place September 22–23, 2026, in Houston, Texas.

As one of the leading gatherings for the breakbulk and project cargo industry, Breakbulk Americas brings together shippers, carriers, freight forwarders, specialized transportation providers and other professionals involved in moving oversized, heavy and complex cargo. This year’s event will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Visit WCS at Booth D41

Attendees can find the WCS Permits & Pilot Cars team at Booth D41 throughout the event. WCS is officially listed among this year’s exhibitors, continuing our participation in an event that closely aligns with the specialized transportation industry we serve every day.

Our team will be available to discuss how WCS helps carriers, heavy haul companies, project logistics teams and other transportation professionals coordinate the details required to keep oversize and overweight loads moving.

WCS services include:

  • Oversize and overweight permits
  • Superload permit coordination
  • Route planning and research
  • Pilot car coordination
  • Temporary trip and fuel permits
  • After-hours permit support
  • Multi-state project and permit management
  • Logistics consulting
  • Equipment sales

From a single oversize shipment to complex projects requiring permits and escorts across multiple states, WCS provides customers with one resource for coordinating critical transportation requirements.

Connecting With the Heavy Haul & Project Cargo Industry

Breakbulk Americas provides an opportunity for WCS to meet face-to-face with customers, carriers and industry professionals from across the project cargo supply chain. The 2026 event features two days of exhibits, industry programming and networking focused on the opportunities and challenges affecting breakbulk and project logistics.

For WCS, returning to Breakbulk is also an opportunity to learn more about the projects our customers are planning and discuss how permitting, routing and pilot car coordination can be incorporated early in the transportation process.
