WCS Permits – Christmas & New Year’s Oversize Load Closure Info

WCS Permits has published a complete list of Christmas Day & New Year’s Day oversize and overweight load travel restrictions and DOT permit office closures by state.

All states are closed at least two days to observe each holiday, but oversize and overweight travel restrictions vary by state, taking load size and travel times into consideration. Some states also have deadlines to apply for an oversize load permit due to the holiday.
