Oversize Load Hauling King’s Parade Stage Permitted by WCS

The small, behind-the-scenes details aren’t always noted.

For the second time in three seasons, the Los Angeles Kings won the Stanley Cup and WCS Permits played a part in their post celebration.

The Kings celebrated the cup win with a parade and rally outside of Staples Center, and WCS permitted the mobile stage used during the festivities.

With dimensions of 6-feet high, 13-11 wide and 53-feet long, the stage was used to transport and showcase the Kings’ players from the front of Staples Center through the streets of Downtown L.A., and back to the Staples Center.

After 26 postseason games, WCS worked with the transporter of the stage to safely get it from La Mirada to L.A. and back.
