The Iowa Department of Transportation will be implementing upgrades to their online oversize permit system with several planned down days, which means oversize load permits won’t be able to be processed.
PLAN AHEAD: Permit system shutdown March 1 to March 4, 2024
The permit system will be shut down from 12:00 pm on Friday, March 1, 2024, to 8:00 am on Monday, March 4, 2024, to transition to the new IAPS permit system. Â During this period, oversize load permits cannot be ordered or processed.
Get your Iowa oversize load requests in to WCS Permits in advance to avoid further delays in any planned projects and oversize travel.
