Nevada closed for 75th annual parade

October 23, 2013

Nevada’s DOT office will be closed Friday, October 25, the day before Nevada’s 75th Nevada Day Parade.

The weekend celebration will take place in Carson City, the state’s capital.

Festivities span across four days–Thursday, October 24 until Sunday, October 27–although the actual parade takes place Saturday at 10 a.m. The parade will run down Carson Street, from William Street on the north to Stewart Street on the south.

The state’s DOT offices will resume business on Monday, October 28.
