Winter Storm Landon Brings Travel Bans, Restrictions

Winter Storm Landon is spreading across 2,000 miles bringing heavy snow, ice and wind from Texas to the Midwest and Northeast. As a result, there are some tractor trailer bans, travel restrictions and closures affecting oversize load movement.
