UCR Fees to Decrease in 2024

United Carrier Registration fees will decrease by roughly 9% in 2024. FMCSA announced this month that the UCR fees paid by motor carriers, freight forwarders, freight brokers and leasing companies will decrease by $4 (small carriers) up to as much as $3,453.

The UCR plan is a program that requires individuals or companies that operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register their business with a participating state and pay an annual fee based on the size of their fleet.
