TN Permit Amendment Period Change

The state of Tennessee overweight and over-dimensional permits department released a statement outlining amendment period changes effective during the month of March.

Beginning March 1, the department will temporarily extend the amendment period from eight (8) hours to twenty-four (24) hours in an effort to reduce the amount of voids processed each day. This process will be in effect for the entire month of March.

The statement also says, Permits can be amended one time; and multiple revia 50mg fields may be amended at once. However, either the origin and the route, or the destination and the route may be amended. All three of those fields cannot be amended at one time.
