RAD REFERRER CONTEST – WIN $500!

WCS Permits & Pilot cars is launching a month-long contest looking for the raddest referrer out there. 

The person who can capitalize and refer the most customers to purchase our additional products, including  the Oversize Load Assistant (oversizeloadassistant.com) and the online web store (store.wcspermits.com) for equipment purchases including OD Signage, FoxFire Lights, Flags & More, will win a $500 bonus gift card! 

Official Contest Rules

  1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all WCS employees and managers in all departments.
  2. Contest Period: Monday, May 2, 2022 from 8 a.m. ET through Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 8 p.m. ET. 
  3. How to Enter: Refer the most new members to the Oversize Load Assistant (oversizeloadassistant.com) to sign up for any membership level, and the most customers to purchase equipment from the WCS equipment store (store.wcspermits.com). 
    1. Make sure new sign-ups to the Oversize Load Assistant include your name in the “Agent” field on the sign-up process page for credit. If this field is accidentally left blank, it is the referring party’s responsibility to send an email to [email protected] with information about the new sign-up, including member name, email and sign-up date, and as much detailed information as possible.
    2. An email must also be sent to [email protected] when a web store purchase is made to receive credit. Include as much order info as possible, including the buyer’s name, email and order number. 
    3. Oversize Load Assistant sign-ups must not cancel within the 30 day contest period for credit to be received. Existing members will not qualify. 
    4. Web store orders must not be canceled for credit to be received. New orders only. Orders made during the contest period by a past or current customer are acceptable. Any orders made prior to May 2, 2022 will not qualify. 
  4. Prize Money: The person with the most web store and Oversize Load Assistant combined sales from referrals will receive the $500 gift card prize. 
  5. Winner Notification: the winner will be notified via email on Thursday, June 2, 2022. The winner will be announced company-wide on Friday, June 3, 2022.
