What Information Do We Collect? 

We may collect information, including your name, address, email address, and credit card information when you place an order. We maintain your name, address and email address in a secure database, and we NEVER store any credit card information. We do not collect any additional information, including name, address, email address or credit card info from anyone using our mobile apps – The Permit Portal, The Pilot Portal or the Attachment App. 

Mobile Apps

Our mobile apps, specifically the permit portal, pilot portal and permit attachments apps, are a hub to manage oversize load permits, view permit status, attachment documents from state DOTs and pilot car documents. We do not collect any user’s personal data. Our apps are used by many WCS Permits & Pilot Car customers, as well as by some which are not, to view government documents relating to their permits, but we do not claim to be a government agency, nor do we claim to represent a government entity. 

WCS is not a government agency. All documents available in the Permit Portal App, Pilot Portal App and Permit Attachment app published by WCS Permits, are copies of actual government documents applied for by WCS and issued by the applicable government agency or published public documents issued by the applicable government agency.

WCS is an independent service provider who helps trucking companies apply for, obtain, and understand required government documents such as oversize load permits so they can remain compliant while transporting loads of a certain height, weight or width on highways across North America.

How Do We Use Your Information? 

Your personal details can be used to provide you with information, products or services as well as helping us tailor the website to you.

The information collected is used solely for communicating with the intended party. We may use the information provided to communicate with you via phone, text (SMS), and email. We do not share your information with external parties for marketing or other purposes.

WCS Permits does not share your information with any third parties.
