Nebraska’s online system for online trip & fuel permits is down as of Monday, May 5 and will remain so until Monday, May 12.

In Nebraska, you need a trip & fuel permit if your vehicle is greater than 26,000 lbs. GVW, greater than 2 axles, or with trailer.
