WCS Permits & Pilot Cars Headed to the Mid-America Trucking Show March 27-29

WCS Permits is Hitting the Road to the Mid-America Truck Show

WCS Permits & Pilot Cars will be back at the Mid-America Trucking Show in March, the largest trucking event in North America.

The 54th annual show is set for for March 26 – 28, 2026 at the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) in Louisville, KY. 

With over 650 exhibitors and 75,000 plus anticipated attendees, including owner-operators, truck drivers, agents, and operations managers, WCS will maximize the reach of its products and services.

The WCS Permits & Pilot Cars’ booth, no. 38723, is located in the South Hall driver recruitment pavilion. This year, WCS will be again be featuring its OD Apparel line as well as their line of equipment, including the newest oversize load lights, the pi-lit® Smart Sequential LED Oversize Load Lights. 

These pi-lit® Oversize Load LED lights are available in a 4, 6 or 10 pack with all sets including 2 red lights for oversize compliance. The lights are an approved warning device and alternative to triangles via FMCSA waiver. Each light is shock proof to 50,000 pounds, rechargeable and made in the USA.  

More equipment will be available at the WCS booth, including oversize load signs in vinyl, mesh, magnetic and aluminum. 

Although the lights and OD Apparel, including Oversize Load sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, beanies, socks and more may steal the show, WCS will be ready to talk to any oversize or heavy haul driver, company owner, including oversize load permits, trip & fuel permits and pilot cars.

The Mid-America Trucking Show is recognized as the annual gathering place for the trucking industry. The event feature exhibits of the latest technologies and innovations in equipment, product and services, plus extensive industry-targeted education.

More than just exhibits, the show will also feature a PKY Truck Championship & Parade where show trucks can shine. Attendees can check out all the engines, chrome and lights in Lot N in front of the West Wing & South Wing.

The show also offers free overnight truck parking located directly across from the Kentucky Expo Center main gate with free shuttle service to and from the Expo Center during show hours.

Education is key at MATS. Starting on Thursday March 26, there will be several education sessions on topics ranging from cargo theft to maximizing profits to AI. View the full MATS education schedule here.

The Kentucky Expo Center is located at 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209. 

Show hours will be the following:

  • Thursday, 3/27 from 10 AM to 6 PM, VIP ONLY 10 AM to 1 PM
  • Friday, 3/28 from 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Saturday, 3/29 from 9 AM to 4 PM
