MD raises survey standard

Effective immediately, Maryland State Highway Administration’s Hauling Permits Section is requiring height surveys for a new standard.

Loads 14’6″ and higher will need a height survey.

For I695, loads 15’6″ or higher require the survey.

MD requires each survey have details such as exact date of travel, time, driver’s name, and phone/cell number.
