Hear WCS Permit & Pilot Cars’ Vice President of Operations, Becky Woods, speak about the challenges in oversize/overweight permitting at the 2018 Transportation Symposium in March. 
Becky will be among several industry professionals speaking about new industry developments, permitting pitfalls and other issues related to oversize load permitting.
Attendees at this breakout session held on Thursday, March 1 from 4 – 5 p.m. will also be given the chance to ask more questions about similar topics, including industry challenges and what can be expected in the near future for oversize transport and oversize load permits.
MORE ABOUT BECKY WOODS
Becky has been the VP of Operations for WCS Permits for several years. In her role, she leads over 60 WCS permitting, pilot car and superload team members. She oversees these departments in each of the company’s five offices, as well as all satellite agents. Becky is still active in both standard and superload consulting and has an overall responsibility for other areas including financial operations, Human Resources and staffing.
Becky has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years and joined WCS as a Transportation Consultant in 2004 and quickly climbed the ladder. She promoted to assistant manager shortly after joining the company, and a few years later she was promoted to Eastern Regional Manager where she oversaw the company’s East Coast offices. In 2014, she was promoted to VP of Permit Operations and shortly after transitioned into her current role as VP of Operations.
