Agreement to the Terms

Thank you for choosing WCS Permits. By using our service, website and mobile/tablet app, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”). These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do access our site or use our service or products, including our mobile and tablet apps.

Changes to the Terms

From time to time, WCS Permits may change, remove or add to the terms. We reserve the right to do so. In this case, we will post updated terms and indicate the date of revision. If we feel that changes are very in-depth, we will post a notice on our website.

Content Available through our Products

WCS Permits does not make any warranties about the data or information, such as PDFs or images which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of our digital products – website and mobile/tablet app.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your reuse of content made available through the use of our products.

Content Supplied by You

It is your responsibility that the information you share through our services, violates or conflicts with any obligation, such as a confidentiality obligation.

Registered Users

By registering for an account through any of our services – website or mobile/table app – you warrant that you are at least over the age of 13 and have the permission of a legal guardian to use our products. Upon subscribing to our mobile app, you agree to do so under an iTunes account that you have the sole rights to and contains current and valid credit card information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

WCS Permits offers its products as is and makes no warranties of any kind concerning that. WCS Permits does not warrant that the functions of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content made through the services will be error-free, and defects will be corrected. WCS Permits also does not warrant or make any representation regarding use of the content and information available through the services in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Disclaimer of Liability

Neither WCS Permits nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s use of the information. In no event shall WCS Permits website home page or mobile/tablet app or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data or profits; or business interruption) however caused on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any ay out of the use of WCS Permits’ products, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, whether based on alleged breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence or any other cause of action, including but not limited to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, effect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, and/or theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

WCS Paid Apps

All payments for the WCS Permits Attachments App are processed by WCS Permits – West Coast Services LLC. The monthly subscription fee is $3.99, and payments will be charged by each user’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and each month thereafter, 24 hours prior to the end of the current period for the $3.99 monthly subscription fee. The only subscription option is monthly recurring payments. You can manage your subscription to the WCS Permits Attachment App through your iTunes account, including canceling auto-renewal. Although there is no cancellation allowed of the current subscription during an active subscription period. WCS Permits – October 1, 2020.
